James Rafferty

James Rafferty is highly motivated and dedicated to helping his clients with their real estate needs. James found a passion in real estate that started back in 2007, when he started buying and selling real estate of his own and now, he applies what he has learned to help others discover the same level of joy and success that comes along with a successful real estate transaction. He can accomplish this by properly marketing a seller’s property to maximize value or locating properties based on a buyer’s needs and motivations, with the goal always being to try and exceed client expectations.

James started his own Lawn care/ landscaping business when he was in college and has successfully grown the company over the last 20 years. James actively pursued his passion of improving the company’s plant science division through organic solutions and has led the greater St Louis market for sustainable solutions in the lawn care industry.

In 2007, James found his second passion through investing in real estate. He found excitement in discovering both commercial and residential real estate, establishing renovation budgets that match market values, designing home layouts, and learning building techniques. He has successfully undertaken full home renovations, commercial property renovations, and acted as general contractor developing land and overseeing all aspects of the construction process.

The success James has had in real state is something he enjoys helping clients experience. His knowledge and experience are an asset for anyone looking to purchase their dream property or for those looking to sell and move on to the next.

James has been married to his wife Annie since 2009 and they have two amazing children. When they are not spending time working on their home in Millstadt, you can find them outdoors riding four-wheelers through the woods or boating at the Lake of the Ozarks.
